Savvi accepts returns on regular priced items purchased by Savvi Brand Partners and Customers within 30 days of the order date. Returns from Savvi Brand Partners and Customers are eligible to receive a product credit equal to 100% of the clothing item purchase price (plus tax). Return product credits may be used towards a future purchase. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must accompany all returns and all items must have original packaging and tags, be unwashed, and unworn. All returned items are subject to inspection. If a product is not received in re-sellable condition, then no refund or credit will be provided.

If you prefer a refund to your card, you must return the item within 14 days of the order date. Savvi will issue Customers a full product credit equal to 100% of the clothing item purchase price (plus tax). Brand Partners can receive a refund to a card; however, these returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Once the item has been properly returned with an RMA and received in a re-sellable condition, the Shopping Credit will be applied to your account. If a refund to your card is requested, the same card used for your purchase will be used for your refund. During our Savvi Pre-Launch period (until September 2021), Savvi Brand Partners and Customers that elect to receive a credit instead of a cash refund will also receive an extra $17 Shopping Credit to offset your shipping costs.

1:  Go to Savvi Office
You need to log in to SavviOffice.com.  This is where you must submit your returns.  You cannot submit a return in the Shopping App or by logging in to Savvi.com.  You can Use the same ID and PW that you use when shopping with us.  
Once logged in to Savvi Office, click on ORDERS in the left menu bar, ORDER HISTORY and then find your order that you would like to return.
 
2:  Request Return (generate your RMA)
Click on VIEW ORDER (next to the order number of the item you wish to return) and select RETURN ITEM (on the top right)
Select the item from the order that you would like to return, add the reason, and click GENERATE RMA

3:  Mail Your Item to Savvi Returns Department
Place your item in its original packaging and include the original packing slip
Write RETURNS on the outside of the bag/box and mail to SAVVI RETURNS 5445 W Harold Gatty Dr Suite B Salt Lake City, UT 84116

All items purchased in a pack or bundle must be returned together.  Sale priced items (where the price ends in .99) are final sale and not eligible for return.  While return shipping costs are covered by the returning party, if you choose to receive a Shopping Credit for your return, we will issue you an extra $17 Shopping Credit. One $17 Shopping Credit per order. Please keep track of your package.  Savvi is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.  Return of bulk purchases over $1000 are also subject to a 20% restocking fee.
