Savvi accepts returns on regular priced items purchased by Savvi Reps and Customers within 14 days of the receipt date.
Returns from Savvi Customers are eligible to receive a return credit code equal to 100% of the item purchase price, less any shipping charges.
Returns from Savvi Reps are eligible to receive a return credit code equal to 80% of the item purchase price, less any shipping charges.
Return credit codes may be used towards a future purchase.

  • 1. Log into Savvioffice.com using the same username and password as you do when you log into Savvi.com
  • 2. Click on the orders icon in the left menu bar
  • 3. Click on Order History
  • 4. Click on View Order next to the order number of the item you want to return
  • 5.Click Return Item in the top right 
  • 6. Select the item from that order you want to return
  • 7. Add the reason for the return
  • 8. Click Generate RMA 
  • 9. Then mail in the item. 
  • 10. Regular priced items are eligible for return within 14 days of the receipt date.
  • 11. Items purchased in a pack or bundle must all be returned together.
  • 12. Sale priced items (items where the sales price ends in .99) are for final sale and are not eligible for return.
  • 13. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return. All items must be returned in original condition with tags attached. Labeling must be unaltered and undamaged. Return shipping costs are the returning party’s responsibility.
  • 14. Please include your original packing slip with the items being returned.
  • 15. Please keep the return tracking information for your records.
  • 16. Savvi is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.
  • 17. Please write RETURN on the outside of your box.
  • 18. Per Savvi’s Policies and Procedures, newly enrolled Savvi Reps may request a refund during the 30 day period following their enrollment date, subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • 1. Exchanges fall under the same timeframe as returns
  • 2. Exchanges fall under the same clothing condition as returns
  • 3. You can only exchange for the same item but in a different size or print
  • 4. All free or promotional items are non-exchangeable unless they are damaged
  • 5. There is no restocking fee for exchanges
