Savvi Customer Return Policy

-If you have purchased through the app, you may begin the process directly from your order history. For all others return inquiries, you can email returns@savvi.com and/or follow the provided link: http://www.TinyURL.com/Savvi-Returns
-You may return products within 14 days of the date of your item.
-Products returned after 14 days will be returned back to sender.
-We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered.
-All items purchased on sale are non-returnable.
-All items that end in .99 are final sale items and are non-returnable
-We will only accept returns on items purchased directly from Savvi. We will not accept returns on items purchased from a third party.
-Please include your original packing slip with the items being returned.
-All items must be returned in original condition with tags attached. Labeling must be unaltered and undamaged.
-Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please keep the return tracking information for your records.
-Savvi is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.
-Please write CUSTOMER RETURN on the outside of your box.
-Items can be returned for Savvi Credit. You will be emailed a coupon credit code within 2 business days of Savvi receiving your return.
