What is Savvi?
Savvi is a lifestyle brand offering high-quality apparel designed for everyday wear, movement, and self-expression.
What changed with Savvi’s business model?
Previously, Savvi operated as a multi-level marketing (MLM) company where distributors earned commissions from customer purchases. Now, we are a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand—anyone can shop our collections directly from our website, with no need for a distributor. However, you can still earn through our Affiliate Program (more on that below).

You can shop directly from our website anytime! No need for a distributor—just add your favorite pieces to your cart and check out.
What is ‘Shop the Drops’?
Each week, we release a different collection of current styles at AMAZING prices! Selected items in the collection are automatically discounted by 20% at checkout—no code needed.
What is ‘Savvi Steals’?
Savvi Steals is where you’ll find incredible deals on select styles. It’s our version of a LAST CHANCE sale, featuring major discounts on limited inventory. CHECK BACK OFTEN!
Do I need a membership or subscription to shop?
Nope! No sign-ups or commitments—just shop and check out like you would with any other online store.
Can I still buy from a distributor?
No, Savvi is no longer an MLM. However, if you have a favorite former distributor, they can join as an affiliate and share their unique link with you. When you shop through their link, they earn a commission.

How does the new Affiliate Program work?
Savvi Affiliates can share their unique referral link and earn commissions on any orders placed through their link. It’s a simple way to share your love for Savvi and get rewarded—no recruiting, no teams, just great products.
Can I become an affiliate?
Yes! If you love Savvi and want to share it with your community, you can apply to become an official Savvi Affiliate and start earning commissions on sales made through your link. Register Here
Do I have to be a former distributor to become an affiliate?
No! Anyone can apply to become a Savvi Affiliate.
What’s the difference between the old distributor model and the new affiliate program?
- Old Distributor Model: Required team-building, direct customer management, and commission structures based on a downline.
- New Affiliate Program: Simple referral-based commissions—no recruiting, no team-building, just earning from sales made through your link.
Do I still receive commissions from my previous referrals?
Commissions are now earned through our new Savvi Affiliate Program. To continue earning, you’ll need to sign up as an affiliate and share your unique referral link. When your previous customers shop through your link, you’ll receive 20% commission on their purchases.
RETURN POLICY
What are your return/exchange policies?
- Orders placed with credit card, Shopify Payment, or PAYPAL only.
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or a refund, as long as items are unworn and in original condition.
- Orders made with store credit are Final Sale items (including Savvi Steals ) are not eligible for returns.
- Customer is responsible for safe delivery of resalable items back to warehouse.
- Any items returned in unsellable condition will not be accepted and considered forfeit, unless the customer wishes to pay to ship the items back to them.
What if I received the wrong item or a damaged product?

Do I need an account to shop?
No, but creating an account lets you track orders, save your favorites, and speed up checkout.

CREDITS
I had Savvi credits from the previous model. Can I still use them?
To transfer Savvi Credit from MDC, contact us at support@savviinc.zohodesk.com. We’ll verify your balance and issue STORE CREDIT for the same amount.
- Orders placed with store credit are FINAL SALE (including Savvi Steals ) are not eligible for returns.
- Orders placed with store credit will incur a shipping fee that must be paid prior to shipment. DO NOT PAY THIS WITH STORE CREDIT
- Store credit not accepted for shipping fees payment.
SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
We process orders quickly! Standard shipping typically takes 5 - 7 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Canada only. Customers are required to pay the shipping fees, taxes and duties upon checkout with a personal credit card. Store credit will not be accepted for any shipping fees.
