To transfer Savvi Credit from MDC, contact us at support@savviinc.zohodesk.com. We’ll verify your balance and issue STORE CREDIT for the same amount.

• Orders placed with store credit are FINAL SALE  (including Savvi Steals ) are not eligible for returns.
• Orders placed with store credit will incur a shipping fee that must be paid prior to shipment. DO NOT PAY THIS WITH STORE CREDIT
• Store credit not accepted for shipping fees payment.
